Pivclass PACS, Visitor Management, Mobile Handheld Reader Integration

Alright IPVM engineers.... I've got quite the doozy of a proof of concept for you (or not), but bare with me as I still don't have all of the information we need from the customer, just a high level.

I have a customer (government security) who is currently working with and has a need to stay with a pivCLASS solution. With this in mind, it's already limiting the options we have on hand for what the customer is asking us to do. As of today, they have determined that HID is the best-suited reader for the job as it's the most rugged/reliable reader available on the market while still having the functionality they're looking to utilize. For the reader portion (this is just for the initial POC), they would like to go the biometric route to test for fingerprints. However, the reason why we're starting to consider other options outside of HID is that HID has kept pushing back the ship date over the last 8 months on both the enrollment reader and biometric reader, and are now telling us it'll be Q3 before we even get either of these items (today the readers we can use from HID are HID IClass SE PIV reader & HID Signo). We've tried other routes as well, and nobody has one of these sitting on a shelf somewhere in the US to our knowledge. Veridt is also an option that we're considering, but I've never worked with their product before.
