Does anyone recommend some software for a Panasonic WV-SW175 camera? One of our customers has these at his house and doesn't want to replace but needs a recording solution. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Oct 04, 2017That camera supports ONVIF, so any VMS should work. Also, Panasonic has been around for a long time, so all VMS will have a Panasonic driver. You can check out the various Free VMS versions, such as the Milestone GO edition.

Oct 08, 2017The free Milestone VMS software is now Essential+ and supports up to 8 cameras. 'Go' was discontinued and Essential+ is part of the advanced codebase from Milestone and offers the same SmartClient, Mobile Clients, Web Client, and device packs as the full paid versions.

A Video Insight software license is available with the purchase of select Panasonic cameras manufactured after October 2014 to save security professionals valuable time and money.
