Zendesk is an S2 shop from top to bottom. My problem is the S2 system reports are simply impossible to use for any sort of automated metrics or graphs. I have sent them feedback, and it sounds like they are trying to address it, but I wanted to see how others are dealing with metrics.

I have used several other systems, and some are much better than others, but I am curious what metrics you are tracking from your access control or security systems? Are you tracking anything specific in relation to your control rooms or GSOCs? What is your leadership is actually interested to hear about.
