Owlet Baby Smart Monitor (Heart Rate And O2)

I am about to be a new dad and ran across the Owlet baby monitor with smart sock. Looks like a pretty cool baby monitor. It monitors room temperature, heart rate, O2, has an app and a USB base that will show green if all is well and flash red if there is an issue. The camera features night vision, two-way audio, background audio, room temperature sensor, encrypted WiFi, and a 130 degree wide angle lens. You can use other apps and still monitor to audio which is usually a higher level of app integration. Does anyone have any experience with this or a similar product?
