Outbound Stream

I've had a request to allow an outside agency to view live camera feeds (Axis cameras) from one of our sites which is on a dark network (extremely limited inbound/outbound internet access). I thought that I could potentially do some sort of an outbound udp broadcast to a system on the outside which could be accessed without worrying about it becoming a pivot point into our network but I'm at a loss for how to setup a internet search. Everything for "livestream cctv" just gives results for streaming to youtube or something similar.

Has anyone set up anything like this? Any ideas for how to accomplish such a system?
