Is it upon us or are we too small for it to really make a splash? Are we just categorized as a subset under the IT Industry in these and other issues? I know we quietly moved beyond booth babes and IPVM broke a few stories in the industry concerning harassment and other unsavory things, but does this really matter to the readers at large? I'm curious as to everyone's thoughts, experiences, etc.
Our industry is more or less a sausage fest (perhaps by nature), but have we also been unwelcoming to women overall? If so, what can we do to change this?
