Options To Replace A Lenel System?

Since our prospect has a Lenel system that is looking like we can not support, we are looking for options to replace it. Apparently, she has looked and cannot provide another integrator in the area to support it, so she is feeling a little locked.

 

Needs seem pretty basic. 25 elevator floors, 4-5 different permission levels with the ability to give users access to different floors.

 

From my understanding, Lenel uses Mercury Boards so we should be able to install new software on those boards?

 

Any suggestions? No sales quotas is a must, and integration with Milestone would be a +

You might take a look at Imron.  They support Mercury/Lenel boards and also have a connector module for Milestone XProtect Access.  They support elevator controls and the permission levels you require.

There are other solutions too, like Open Options, but the level of integration with Milestone is a wildcard, where Imron is heavily integrated into the access module while Open Options is not, but controlling everything through Milestone may not be needed, either.
