With the DoD ban on the big Chinese companies, we are looking at moving to another camera manufacturer. I think Vivotek would be a good fit for our company, but I am interested in seeing opinions here about their products and support. My main concerns are product availability, product quality, and tech support. Let me hear it - the good, the bad, and the ugly.
