If you offer terms of any type to the SMB / Residential marketplace, may I suggest that you make UCC filings a habit. Here is the worst example of being screwed.

Wrong, 6 months later they filed for bankruptcy, the banks attorneys got a favorable ruling and decided business made this purchase outside the terms of the line of credit. Out of the blue, his business received a complete legal package requiring him to refund the entire amount. TRUE STORY. He had no UCC filing as 1st lien holder on the equipment so all was lost....
I suggest you might look into using something like DocuSign to get the small print on file.
