We use white lists on our phones when on call and include the service line on the list so that it will bypass the silent mode. Email alerts never wake me up but the phone ringing does.

Off Hours Notification For Technicians?

how does everyone alert the on call technician when using an answering service after hours? Currently we have a message taken then sent via email to that person which has an app that over rides the silencing feature on their cell phone and alerts them until they wake up.&nbsp;
This app has been a bit unreliable so just curious how everyone else handles this&nbsp;
