So bizarre.

If you are going to hold out against IP this long, this late, why would you finally flip now?

See this statement:

The UK is just so weird. They fought for far longer than any country in the world against IP. In the past year, at the same time that HD analog was surging, they finally seem to embrace IP.

Can anyone explain this?
