I have a client with three damaged Hikvision DS-2CD4A85FWD-IZH cameras and need to find a source for some parts. These were mounted on a pole that got knocked over by a garbage truck. The damage is only to the mounting bracket arms. My Hikvision rep said that Hikvision does not sell parts, they will only allow me to ship the cameras in for repair, which my rep says will possibly exceed the original cost of the cameras. These were about $700 cameras when new, so they are for sure worth repairing. I was hoping to find some on eBay being sold for parts, but no luck so far. If anyone has a source for these parts, please reply.
