Dears Hello, im looking for a good quality Multi sensor camera 180/360 degree fixed lens , actually to OEM the camera, most of the cameras ive seen mostly oem from hikvision which is not preferable to us, any other good choice to look for?

Good question. Since multi sensor cameras require significant additional engineering resources, generally OEM providers do not build them. The exception, as you note, include Hikvision and Dahua, given their large size. But multi-sensor cameras are not typical for 'regular' OEMs. For example, I just checked Sunell and TVT's websites, and they show no options.
Hopefully, someone else knows a few others companies that OEM multi-sensors.
