Can anyone tell me why we are unable to dewarp recorded video on a Nas unit on Mobotix q25 and q26 hemispheric cameras using the Mx Management software. Thx.

Jun 28, 2018OPEN GL needs to be turned on in the preferences section of MxMC for Windows users. If open gl was not activated, dewarping cannot occur in MxMC.
