Mobile/Fleet/Bus Recording Options That Are NOT Chinese Manufactured? Federal Dollars Paying For It.

Ahoy IPVM'ers,

I have a line on an opportunity for about 23 city bus installs of about 4 cameras each. Mobile gear like this is obviously a niche market. It looks like money for this project is coming from a grant via CARES act of some sort. The customer indicated that they would prefer a non-Chinese manufactured system.
