Mini Outdoor Wireless Cam

Hi Folks,

We have a need for a wireless outdoor mini cam that can focus down to about 6 inches and take a daily photo. Ideally it would be very light and 12V battery powered (that lasts a few months)

Any ideas?

Unclear to what "can focus down to about 6 inches" means in terms of lens performance. Is this a zoom specification?

Cam will be mounted 6-10 inches away from a sheet of paper with 12 pt font that must be readable.

To "last a few months", it might require a small solar power system, or a whole lot of batteries.

Are there any other power options available such as a nearby light pole to tappower from?

Might have to settle for less then a few months then. Solar won't work and there is no power available to these cameras.
