Method To See Moisture Or Dirt On Cam Lens/Glass With Zoom+Focus (Picts)

Im curious if this is something that installers use. (and also, as i love axis, hoping that in aggregate, we can get axis to enable this, maybe in some advanced/maintenance menu):

We did a 22x, all wireless camera install for a construction site mainly using Vivotek IB8382-T outdoor bullets, in Miami, FL (humidity swings). Pretty soon after install a few of the cams started to show moisture intrusion issues. To confirm this we used the cams remote zoom/focus, to push the zoom pretty far IN then manually force the focus way "out of focus" which allowed us to see the glass face of the camera (and confirm our fears of moisture intrusion). (project/construction was completed back in late 2018, else id post a video or shots of the zoom/focus slider, but here are picts from my job notes)
