Medical Facility Camera Models?

We are doing a 80-100 camera project for a large medical facility. The organization doesn't have any requirements on brand or specs for the cameras. They just want generally "good" coverage. 

We are thinking about going with the Axis M3046V for the Indoor cameras, and the Axis P1405LE for the Outdoor cameras.

 

Do you guys have any recommendations on other camera models?

Is the camera selection driving the VMS selection?

I'm pretty set on Milestone being the VMS.

See our test results of the Axis M3046V. We found it to be comparatively poor, even relative to Axis' other models in the M304x series.
