We offer maintenance contracts to clients, some take them some do not. I'm pretty much pulling a number out of my ass when I offer them. Anyone have an algorithm on this? I know there are a lot of variables, like remote maintenance only vs. on site support etc.. I'd actually like to start a discussion on both. We do mostly IP camera systems with remote access to the servers, so remotely troubleshooting is possible.
