Looking For VERINT Partner For Help - Edgevr100 + New Camera Integration

I am looking for a VERINT partner who could possibly help me out with my issue. A customer of ours has a system roughly 9 years old which consists of VERINT's EdgeVR100 (with Vid-Center v7.1.0.34636 currently installed) and S5020FD-DN (4x) + S5020FDW-HD (1x) cameras connected to it. Within the last few months, 4 of these cameras have stopped working and we would like to hook up some Vivotek cameras to replace the old ones. Here is where it turns downhill for us; while trying to add one Vivotek camera to Vid-Center we have found out that the supported device list (within the drop-down menu) offers only Verint and some Panasonic cameras as a selection option. To our knowledge, there is no Verint partner available locally (Slovenia/EU).
