Looking For Updated Eoc Adapter Referrals For Elevator Cabs

We have a client installing some new elevators that need cameras installed. The cabs only have RG59/RG6 cables in the traveler. They claim they are unable to utilize anything under 18AWG in their traveler cables. Looking for any updated recommendations for an EoC that will support PoE+ (30W). I prefer units that are PoE powered, not requiring additional power beyond the switch provided PoE+ (30W).

I am leaning towards the Altronix units, but am open to advice from others who have installed EoCs in this application. I am worried about lifespan and durability in the elevator application.
