My employer is currently engaged in identifying companies that offer after-hours, weekend, and holiday support for Lenel OnGuard and Milestone Xprotect. We have a global footprint and would need the support team to offer their services to any sites needing assistance. All of the calls would be routed through our North America Security Operations Center for the time being.
