Looking For Input On A Wireless ONVIF Solution

I have an interesting use case where school budget will not allow data to be pulled to some outside locations where video is needed. Clients solution is to use arlo cameras with solar to capture hot spots of vandalism and risks of injury. IE teens climbing and drinking on a 10/12 pitch roof.

Does anyone know of a wireless ONVIF camera that can be used in place of arlo? We hope to find a ONVIF solution so we can leverage Avigilon analytics appliance for quicker response times.
