Is There A VMS That Will Control Multiple Hikvision Nvrs?

Is there a VMS that will work with multiple site Hikvision DS-9600 and DS-7600 series NVRs? But not the iVMS-4200. Thanks.

1.) I would perhaps consider choosing to install a legitimate VMS to begin with instead of Hikvision. 

2.) Absent that, Salient lists the following as supported devices:

DS-7716
DS-7604
DS-7608
DS-7616
