Is The Sony UNI-ONEP 550C7 PTZ NDAA Compliant?

We are a Federal Facility and in having some of our internal customer requesting the installation of fully NDAA compliant cameras I have been asked about a camera installation at one of their locations that was manufactured by Sony, it is the UNI-ONEP 550C7 PTZ purchased a few years back and installed but not activated. In short is this Sony camera NDAA compliant?
