I think you must pop the cover off the bullet to get to it. Have you done that?

I did that, but this particular model, apparently do not have a reset button.
You can also use a CGI command from any browser besides IE ("Internet Explorer"). The syntax is below please replace DDNSorISPIPAddress, Port, User and Password with your IP Camera information. This will reset your Dahua IP Camera to factory defaults. Without any need to use a reset button:
http://User:Password@DDNSorISPIPAddress:Port/cgi-bin/ptz.cgi?action=start&channel=0&code=Reset&arg1=0&arg2=0&arg3=0&arg4=0
Notes: The above is one line in your browser window without spaces and is case sensitive. If you are accessing your Dahua IP Camera via a NVR/DVR then channel can be values 0-32 depending on the number the NVR/DVR has assigned to the IP Camera. Without accessing the IP Camera via a NVR/DVR then channel will always have a value of zero.

The User Id in the CGI command in my prior post here must be a Admin level User Id for the IP Camera.

If he can get a connection to the camera at all, he can also just use the GUI, like so:

Like below, but you still have to replace the part that says <admin password> with the actual admin password.

But what happens if you just go to http://192.168.1.20:27020 ?
Doesn't that bring up the web interface? If it hangs, then the reset command is unlikely to work...
You will still need to change User and Password below to a valid Admin level User Id for your IP Camera:
http://User:Password@192.168.1.20:27020/cgi-bin/ptz.cgi?action=start&channel=0&code=Reset&arg1=0&arg2=0&arg3=0&arg4=0
The above will only work when used from a browser window on a Internet browser capable device within your local network ("Only because you are using a local IP Address") that is not using a IE ("Internet Explorer") browser.

For some reason this camera got corrupted and I do not have access to it.

when I:http://192.168.1.20:27020, it brings the interface, and when trying to login it says: "invalid password"; when using the config tool it says:"incorrect user or password.
Does the board on your bullet camera look like this?
On some Dahua bullets, the unpopulated two pin header, located next to the battery, needs to be jumped for 5 seconds to perform a hardware reset. i would only try this if it looked the same as this board, and you had no other choice.
Have you tried all the standard Dahua passwords, such as, admin/admin, 888888/888888 and 666666/666666?

There are a couple of exposed headers, probably a ttl serial connector or JTAG etc. But before you mess with those, why don't you try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery? It shouldn't hurt anything, and possibly will reset some or all of the settings, but only do it IF YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE doing it :)
The battery is circled in red below.
I disconnected the battery two days ago and it did not help.
This corrupted camera had been a real challenge for me!!!!!
There are only two options that I can think of left. One is hard, one is easy. One is safe and one is risky. And of course its the easy one thats risky ;)
1) easy, risky: Get a jumper wire and jump the header in the RED circle for 5 seconds (or until white curls of smoke are seen). I estimate the odds of it resetting the board to be 50% and the odds of it frying the board at 10%.
2) hard, safer: Buy a usb ttl adapter and attempt to get a console session using the 4 pins circled in BLUE. How I did this on an Axis camera can be found here.
If you want to do option #2 let me know and I can give you more info on the proccess.
Last thought: You could try using a utility like NMAP to do a portscan on the camera to see if telnet or anyother ports might be open like ftp ssh.
