Looking For Feedback On Real World MPG On The Smaller Service Vehicles (Like Nv200/City Express)

A bit off-topic but trying to pick some brains here.

Currently one of our service vehicles is an f150 that when it's fully loaded is getting 15MPG. This vehicle is on the road a lot thus costing us about $40 - $50 per day in gas. I am thinking about getting an NV200 series instead of as they are supposedly much better on gas. All the posts though where people are talking about their fuel, I am not sure how loaded the van is.
