What Linux VMS or turnkey hardware options exist for lightweight edge (standalone) recording exist today?

Idea being we’d like a pretty basic VMS solution used 1:1 on remote cameras sitting at the edge. Basic functionality is needed; ONVIF, multiple TB’s storage, recording on motion, ability to export video easily and quickly (prefer non proprietary format), web based GUI interface (no client needed)
