My company has an important customer that's asked us if we comply with NDAA and FAR 52.204-24: 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment. | Acquisition.GOV
We do comply with the NDAA. However, I'm not familiar with the FAR 52.204-24 requirements. The agreement they've asked us to sign for FAR also has some strange wording (please see below) so I'm not exactly sure how to say we comply. Does anyone know lawyers who cover the NDAA and/or FAR? We'd like to get their help to ensure we're not violating any agreements and answering correctly.
