Latch "Final Determination" Of Nasdaq Listing Status March 23rd
A troubled Latch reported in a filing yesterday it was notified by the Nasdaq that a "final determination" on its listing status will be made on March 23rd.
In addition to Latch's CEO being forced out, Latch has faced numerous business and legal problems, which Nasdaq delisting would add:
