had an OAC meeting this morning for a 250 unit MFR using LATCH for access control. ownership has been TRYING TO PAY latch ($100k+ which latch could desperately use) but cant get a hold of anyone (needs waiver).
curious about existing latch customers - if its hard to pay latch, i cant imagine how hard it is to get product support when theres an outage onsite.
