Jury Orders Vivint To Pay $190 Million Damages To CPI
Vivint has been hit with various judgments (e.g., Vivint Illegally Opened "Hundreds of Thousands" of Accounts, Says FTC) but this is the biggest, by far.
A North Carolina court issued a 5-page verdict awarding CPI nearly $190 million across 5 counts. CPI's revenue is in the $100 million range so if they collect this in full that would be quite the payout.
