J-Hooks For Cable Runs Perpendicular To Joists

I need to run a cable bundle across (perpendicular) to wood ceiling joists in an unfinished mechanical area.  All of the J-hooks I've seen seem to be intended for use where the mounting surface is parallel to the J-hook.

Does anyone know of a J-hook that has a 90-degree "turn" so it could be used for this application?

Why not just use a bridle ring to make the turn?

This is a big cable bundle - so I really need the surface area (and easy access) of a J-hook or similar. Good suggestion - just won't work in this application.

Thanks though.

Yes - exacty! Except, the top bracket would be for wood stud mounting instead of I-beam mounting. But that's the 90-degree rotation I'm looking for.

Here is what we use from ICC. It is a 4" j-hook with a 90 degree swivel mount on top. They also make smaller ones too. If you don't need the top mount, they of course make them without the 90 degree swivel.
