We have a site where we have implemented OSPD v.2 HID SEOS readers with the new Mercury hardware. Series 3 boards and X series controllers. This is a Lenel system, but before all the Lenel haters start, I also talked to an RS2 person and they have been experiencing the same issues as well. Essentially the readers lose comm and go offline and will not come back online unless you power cycle either the reader or the panel. We are working with tech support with all three manufacturers. I am just looking to hear is anyone on hear has experienced similar issues.
