As our company is growing, I noticed that unfortunately, we are getting to 98% on a lot of jobs but certain things are just not getting done and is requiring a second visit. An example would be that wires in a drop ceiling are not zipped tied to their exact location, or sometimes network jacks are not being labeled.
So we are putting together to-do lists for the overall job, which includes what needs to be done where. But does anyone have any checklists that are job agnostic, for example, would be for all camera jobs that they can share? I am also looking for written guidelines such as: 1) All cat5e wires should be secured every 5 feet 2) leave 3-foot service loop, etc....
