Is Wandergaurd An Open System That Any Vendor Can Install Or Do You Have To Be Certified By Them?

I have a customer that is asking me to expand an existing wanderguard system to their elevators to limit access and have it lock when someone with a tag goes in (unless deactivated).

Is wandergaurd an open system that any vendor can install or do you have to be certified by them?

Thank you

'Wanderguard' is a term unspecific to one particular system, but may mean several.

If you mean Stanley Security's WanderGuard, then it is dealer specific and you need to be approved to resell or service it.

Ethan pointed out that you can get some Stanely Wanderguard products at ADI.

Not sure if it's limited to bracelets and consumable tags, or if the entire range of system components are there too.

Wanderguard requires a reseller agreement and certification.

It is sold/stocked at ADI, but you still can't buy it without a reseller agreement -- similar to Exacq or others.
