Is There An Alternative To HID For Cards?

We are having issues getting product or getting it shipped to the correct address. It takes weeks for them to process an order only to have it shipped elsewhere and there is no effort to fix their issues, no apology, and seemingly no satisfaction. To top it off, it seems to be getting worse, not better. We have been loyal to them for years and years, but at some point, we have to start looking elsewhere. They are making us look inept. What are our alternatives? Some of this is fuming on my part. This may be one of those things I wrote and hit "send" and probably wish I hadn't.
