Is Snap AV OEMing Ubiquiti?

SNAP AV (while we don't really buy anything from them) calls me every few months with some gadget they're selling. Last week they called me about their new WattBox and Network Switch. They sent me one of each. I like the OVRC platform so far, it was really easy to enroll the equipment I have I got it configured and enrolled in less than 5 minutes with no training and without reading any instructions. I am pretty sure it's Ubiquiti's platform although I have never used it so I can't say for sure. I haven't looked into the product line much but from what I can tell so far it's a product that we could really use.

Does anyone else have any experience with this stuff or know if it's a Ubiquiti OEM? I am not a huge fan of Snap AV but am not aware of anything else like this on the market.

Can you post some pics of the hardware and GUI?

Having a hard time uploading screenshots. But go to the bottom of this page and you will see the UI. The hardware does not look like Ubiquiti but the UI does.

We have a lot of Snap Gear out there and the OVRC ecosystem is great.  We use Ubiquiti wireless as well and the 2 don't have the same look, GUI, features, or even feel to them as far as setup and such.  Short of cracking them open I don't think the Snap gear is made by Ubiquiti.
