Rodrigo, we cover this here - Resolution: 4K vs 2160p vs 8.3MP. Chart from there copied below:

2000p is not as commonly used term but it roughly implies 4K or 8MP.

Thanks a lot John!!! Now I´m clear about "K" and "p"terms, but how can I know how many mega pixels 2000p contains?

Multiply the width by the height and divide by 1 million (mega).

For example, 1920x1080 is 2073600 or ~2 megapixel, or 3840x2160 is 8294400 or ~8.3 megapixel.

Without also knowing either the width, or the aspect ratio, you can't get an exact number but generally if you're talking in terms of "p", similar to typical TV resolution (720p, 1080p, 2000p) then it's probably safe to say the horizontal with is in the ballpark of 3500-3800 so again, the resolution roughly 8 megapixel.
