Is An Update To The US Army's Physical Security Manual FM 3-19.30 In The Works Or Being Planned?

I know this is a long shot, but was wondering if 1) anyone here is familiar with FM 3-19.30, the military's physical security manual, and 2) if anyone knows when an update may be forthcoming. The manual dates to January of 2001- before 9/11, even!- and obviously, does not reflect advances in technology made during that time.

I know that ASIS used to have it as one of their PSP reference books, but they dropped it some time ago.
