Designing a public bid project that will add five new cameras to an existing analog DVR but their antiquated system will probably fail within the next year (and it is not in my present scope of work). My best bet is to provide cameras that have both analog and IP outputs and run both CAT 5 and RG59. Who else besides Bosch provides these tandum outputs?

That is a dying fad.  I believe Panasonic still has some models with a separate whip and Sony used to do it.  I am no longer up to date on the Sony Product line though.

We just did an installation with hikvision cameras and they all came with analog out.

Geovision has most of their cameras with a separate bnc setup cable included for use with a monitor. The cameras need to have the bnc turned on in the camera setup. Just connect both. When the analog need is done, you still have ethernet. Both can work at the same time.
