Integrators: What Tool Do You Use For Project Drawings?

We are a cross roads on what drawing tool to use for developing our project plans. We have experience with System Surveyor, Visio and Powerpoint and each has it advantages and disadvantages. We have also used the IPVM camera calculator which is very good but also has limitations. Ideally we would like a tool that utilizes concurrent user licensing and that is comprehensive enough to handle Video, Access Control and cabling. We do more retrofit then construction projects so CAD doesn't feel like the right product either. Obviously ease of use and cost are factors in what we use. Anyone love what they use and why?
