Integrators: What's The Best Way To Improve Margins?

Declining margins are one of the biggest concerns in the security / surveillance industry. With Internet sales and much broader product availability, margins have declined substantially over the last decade (see our real world margin results).

I guess both are true. Is there a way for their to be mystery without manipulation?
