Installing Dome Cameras Below Or Above Raytec Lights???

I have heard conflicting comments regarding the mounting of directional lighting and surveillance cameras - some say mount the cameras above the lights, others below the lights. I will be installing dome cameras on a telephone pole. To illuminate the area I am using directional LED lighting (raytec). So, is it better to mount the dome cameras above the directional lights or below the LED lights? Any clarification would be appreciated.....
