Indigovision Claims To Be TAA Compliant. Does Anyne Else Find This Statement To Be Incorrect?

Came across this on a current Bid Addendum. I understand that Dahua is their OEM for most if not all cameras. Seems to me to be a fraudulent claim to make. If not directly dodging the question regarding TAA Compliance. Thoughts?
