I Have An Old Exacqvision IPS 04-016TR4 Not Booting Up To The Home Page Showing The Cameras

Good evening! I have an old Exacqvision Linux IPS 04-016TR4 not booting up and on one of the drives indicates one of the drives not responding. See image. Any ideas? Thanks. I appreciate any help or ideas to fix this issue.
