Oct 03, 2017Are you trying to install Essential+ or do you have a test license for another product? Also, what version of Windows are you running (Windows 10 Home, Windows 7 Professional, etc.)? Lastly, can you post the exact error message?

If so, this is a normal security feature of Internet Explorer called Enhanced Security Configuration. If this is the error you're seeing, you should be able to follow the instructions at the bottom of the message, and add the following to your list of trusted sites:
https://*.windows.net
I used the wildcard this way because I'm fairly trustworthy of pretty much any "windows.net" subdomain since it's owned by Microsoft. And we have multiple regional download locations, so the "msdownloadusa" location might not be the one you'll be downloading from.
