I Am Looking For An Older Version Of Firmware For FLIR TCX PTZ Cameras

I am having a VMS compatibility issue with FLIR's latest firmware. The camera is being dis-continued and because a host of other issues FLIR can't provide the older firmware.

What VMS are you connecting to?

Which firmware version did you upgrade to?

We are looking for this version:

T4332ZU

Software Version

2.420.0001.3.R.FFFF.3N.NR, build : 2015-10-09  

For Complete View VMS, the newest firmware doesn't allow full PTZ command via the VMS.

You do mean Salient Complete View, correct?  Which version of Salient?
