How Do You Pronounce The Decimal In H.264, H.265, And 802.3af/At/Bt?

Pretty basic, but wanted to get opinions on how everyone pronounces:

H.265 or H.264

802.3af or other PoE variants...

Do you say it as "dot" or "point"?

Do you say the number individually as two-sixty-five or two-six-five?

Thanks!
