When your techs finish a job, how do you find out how well things went?
It seems like many service companies use an automated phone surveys, but I personally almost never complete those.
Sometimes, the company sends a webform survey, and I usually finish those:
I like this because I can think about my answers better, but also I like to think the company receiving it can study responses better.
What do you use? Please explain the method your use. Does it work well?
